Refund/Exchange
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, send us a message on what’s app +1 (929) 944‑2055. If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost You will be refunded the full amount of the items you purchased less the shipping cost even if your item was shipped with free shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

* Special order dresses and custom order Abaya are Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items
* If we do not receive a notification within 24 hours, we won’t be able to accept any return or exchange
* Returns Shipping cost: BUYERS pay for return shipping.
*You will be refunded the full amount of the items you purchased less the shipping cost even if it was free shipping.
and for exchange, you will need to pay for the new shipping cost for us to resend the exchangeable item

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Worn or damaged Abayas.
To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a Text or email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Naralsahra@gmail.com.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
